Our latest fund-raising event was our third annual BINGO held at La Spiaggia, Plage Larvotto on October 10, 2009.
We hosted 130 people and raised over 3000 Euros.
50 prizes were given out, the food and wine were great, and a good time was had by all!

 exists to raise money for
under-developed countries around the world. Through projects started
and maintained by national workers, many children and their families
have opportunities they wouldn't have otherwise.
For example, children enrolled in INCAP schools in the Philippines and
Ghana receive at least one nourishing meal a day. In India and Sri
Lanka, the children learn English. In many situations the families also
receive food products each month. Additionally, medical and dental care
is provided with funds from generous sponsors.
Ungada has 1.5 millions orphans. With child sponsorship, children
receive education, medical treatment and are nurtured. Foster Parents
within the community are found for orphaned children. Livelihood skills
are taught to sponsored children through vocational training.
The sponsorship program links the children with their sponsors in
others countries. Class discussion of letters fosters their interest in
learning from other people. It is their window to the outside wolrd.
